From the Settings, people can see Help.


Users would be redirected to a new page where there are a lot of FAQ sections as well as tips and advice.

Also, users can see the Contact Us section.

Personally, I got in touch with them because Zoosk offers deactivating an account option however, they do not offer a clear sign of deleting an account.


Soon after the submission, there was an auto reply with a reference number.


Within 48 hours, surprisingly, I received an email with a confirmation of termination of my account.

This came with surprise because I personally did not ask to delete my account but I asked the difference between deactivating and deleting.

Also, users who have used other Spark Networks company’s services such as SilverSingles, EliteSingles, Jdate, Christian Mingle, eDarling, JSwipe, AdventistSingles, LDSSingles, and Attractive World, your email account might be still linked to the old account.

This is worrying fact because they do not delete users’ personal information after the termination,

I noticed this because my email message was still connected and named my previous account name with another service which was also run by Spark Networks.
