LMK Customer Support Review

https://lmk.zendesk.com/

LMK, a Silicon Valley app developed as part of Snapchat, aims to connect people through instant chats, Audio Rooms, and swipes. Recent legal issues resulted in its 2021 Snapchat ban due to a tragic cyberbullying case. While still available on app stores, LMK has seen irregular updates and decreased online presence.

LMK Customer Support Representative is operated by Zendesk like other similar platforms.

LMK Customer Support Representative Verdict

The customer service for LMK, handled by Zendesk, isn’t doing a great job in addressing user concerns. It’s strange because usually, Zendesk offers good service, but LMK seems to be an exception.
Even though Zendesk is usually great at customer support, it seems like LMK’s partnership with them might not be as good or they chose a different package than others or their partnership no longer varied.
People should not expect a swift reply from the LMK Customer Support Representative.
