Hey! Vina is an app designed for females with ample free time in major cities, seeking to explore online-initiated friendships. Users are required to put effort into being discovered and finding genuine connections with real people, which includes swiping profiles, providing detailed information on their own profiles, engaging in chats with others, and actively participating in local events.
Compared to other dating and matchmaking services, Hey! Vina offers a more focused approach on fostering meaningful friendships. However, it’s noted that there are currently fewer activities available, and live events are only drawing a handful of participants. Additionally, connecting to online chat rooms can be challenging, even when attempting random connections.
Hey! Vina is for people who have extra free time to discover other local people for friendship.
How to join Heyvina.com
In order to join Hey! Vina, firstly, people need to download the App: Head to your app store (Apple App Store for iOS devices or Google Play Store for Android devices) and search for “Hey! VINA.” Download and install the app on your smartphone.
The next step would be to sign up: Once the app is installed, open it and sign up for an account. You may have the option to sign up using your Facebook account or other accounts such as Apple.
The next step would be to create your profile: After signing up, you’ll be prompted to create a profile. Add information about yourself, your interests, hobbies, and what you’re looking for in a friend. The more details you provide, the better the app can match you with potential friends.
There is an initial quiz to be used to match to other users.
People can also join some communities.
Now, people need to select a photo, this can be discreet ones.
Now, people need to take a selfie to match the profile photo.
This won’t be shared with other people. However, the matching process would not be the issue; but taking a live selfie is important.
Now, people need to add an email and the date of birth. This email would be used as the main contact point, not the sign in account which was used at the beginning.
Now people need to choose from the above. Since Hey! Vina is reported to be for women to find female friends. The first option would be appropriate.

How to use Hey! Vina
At the bottom of the page, there are some icons. The left icon would work as Swipe or Browse Profiles: Similar to other social or dating apps, you’ll be presented with profiles of other users. You can swipe left or right to express interest or pass on potential matches.
Once the interest would be mutual, users can start their intro and conversation.
When others like (hey!) you, they would be shown in the profile, which can be found on the right at the bottom of the main page.
People can also join a party, which is a chat group. They would be selected randomly with some ground rules.
The next to the profile icon would be Plans. Local meet ups are shown here.
This chat section would work as a normal chat function. Moreover, users can check out their favorite users, and their interests.

According to their site “Being a VIP means you get access to Hey! VINA’s premium features: seeing who swiped right on you, scoring instant matches, which increases the scale and speed of your matches, being able to teleport to anywhere in the world, and unlimited take backsies (so you can immediately undo any left swipe you made by accident!). “
There are different package options: 1 week, 3 months, 6 months and lifetime.
People can get a VIP package free by introducing other people to join the service.
There is another service called Spotlight. This would give users more chances to be shown to other users. This would be also included in the VIP package.
How to delete an account on Hey! Vina
At the bottom of their page https://www.heyvina.com/account-removal people can find the link here. People can not delete an account on the app.
People need to fill this form.
Or simply contact [email protected] to delete an account. They would take a few days but they would do so.

On the other hand, the app has the age 17+ (mature) restriction on Google App Store. It has a 1.6 rating out of 1.45K reviews. It is strange Hey! Vina has such different ratings and restrictions.
